CORK COACHING & GAMES FOOTBALL COACHING WORKSHOP
WITH
John Morrison
We are glad to announce that John Morrison will be doing two workshops over the coming weekend, Friday night in Nemo Rangers and Saturday in Clonakilty.
John has vast experience in coaching and was a successful double act with Mickey Moran for well over a decade. They first got involved with Donegal from 2001-2002 where they led them to the Ulster final and All Ireland quarter final. They then left and took the Derry post from 2003 â 2005, reaching the All Ireland semi- final. Mayo came calling in 2006, where they won a Connacht title and fell at the All Ireland final hurdle to a superior Kerry team. The year was noted for Mayo ambushing the Hill 16 end for the warm-up to their semi -final victory over Dublin. It sparked chaotic scenes beforehand and clearly unsettled the fancied Dublin side on the day.
John has also published some great books over the past few years that have been great resources to coaches all over the country.
