Every voice is important, and this survey will allow us to better understand how our club should cater for all members in the years ahead. So please give your views and opinions honestly and openly whether they are positive or negative. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire and your participation in this study is completely voluntary. 

Printed copies of the survey will be available but providing feedback online is preferred to facilitate easier collation of the ideas provided. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and will only be reported in the aggregate with no way of identifying individual respondents. Providing contact details is optional and will only be used for the development planning process.
