As mentioned yesterday, activities are resuming at Courcey Rovers GAA, Camogie and LGFA this week, in line with national guidelines.
The situation is still a little fluid, and we are working out some details, but wanted to share with you the following.
Responsibilities of all players
Before resuming training at the club Take the Covid-19 Club Education eLearning module there is a certification provided upon completion; save or print this, as you will be asked to present this to your team's Covid supervisor
Complete a Health Questionnaire, stating that you are currently free of Covid-19 symptoms
Details of this to follow within the next few days
Generally, and until you hear otherwise from us Before each training session, sign a declaration that your health status has not changed
If possible, walk or cycle to the venue; otherwise travel only with family members
Change, shower, and apply strapping at home
No sharing of equipment
Carry a small bottle of Hand Sanitiser Hugging, shaking hands and high fives are to be avoided as long as they are discouraged in society
Responsibilities of parents/guardians of juveniles Parents inherit the above responsibilities on behalf of their children.
In addition, Promote the "Stay Safe" protocols in juveniles Watch out for symptoms and keep children home if they feel unwell
During phase 3 at least, there will be no access to pitches while training is in session; drop off and collect child at the carpark
Make sure each child has a gear bag with the following: Water bottle with name clearly labelled Helmet and hurley with name clearly labelled (as appropriate)
