A very successful camp was held last week with 150 chldren between 5 and 12 years and they were divided into 8 groups..  On Wednesday Sean O'Donoghue a member of the Cork Senior Hurling team spent the day at the camp. Thank you to all the coaches and helpers of the various groups.  Also Catherine, Saoirse and Brendan who ran the BBQ and Teddy who was on duty at the Garrettstown Gate.  


The main pitch was watered during the week

we have 8 games played and are on 10points.  There are 4 on the same points, we are in 3rd in this group.  We have to play Charleville & Fermoy at home and Ballinhassig away.

U14 H.L. Cobh 8- 15 Courceys 3-14

Junior A Hurling have 3 games to play - Ballinhassig, Kinsale, Shamrocks and are on 3 points while the junior footballers have 2 games to play - Ballymartle, Tracton and are on 10points second in the league.

U21 Carrigdhoun Cup Valleys we are in second on 3points while Vallyes are on 4 points and Ballinhassig on 1 point.  there is two games to be played Courceys vs Ballinhassig and Valleys vs Ballygarvan.

Well done to Cork Minors who defeated Tipperary on a score of 0-12 to 0-9.  Deirdre O'Reilly, Fiona Keating and Saoirse McCarthy were members of the team

The Ladies junior footballers defeated Kinsale on a score of 3-20 to 4-10
