Find below a link to survey on Concussion which is being carried out by a fourth year undergraduate Occupational Therapy student from the National University of Ireland, Galway, as a part of a final year research project. The survey is investigating P.E. teachersâ and parents' knowledge of sports-related concussion. it is hope the results may potentially be used to base further research on and to advocate for concussion education and awareness initiatives.
All parents who have a child (under 18) that play a sport are eligible to participate.

The majority of the questions in the survey are a tick-box type style and may take 15-20 minutes to complete in total. The survey is anonymous and all responses are confidential.
