Mae, Laurence, Angela, Margaret and the O'Donovan family on the passing of Pete our Vice President. 

Pete served the club well over the years as a Player, Selector, Vice Chairman and Carrigdhoun delegate.   May Pete rest in peace.



The death has occurred of Pete O'Donovan
Ballinspittle, Cork


O'Donovan (Ballinspittle) on March 4th 2021 peacefully in the excellent care of the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork. Pete, beloved husband of May (nee Bowen), Crohane, Old Head and loving father of Laurence and Angela and brother of the late Sheila.

 

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, children, grandchildren Loraine and Aoife, daughter-in-law Sinead, sister Margaret, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephew, neighbours, relatives and friends.

 

In accordance with Government and H.S.E. guidelines, Pete's Funeral will take place privately.

 

Pete's Funeral Cortège will leave his home on Saturday at 1.30pm approx. passing Holland's Cross, Speckled Door, Garrylucas and Garrettstown en route to Holy Trinity Church, Ballinspittle for a private Requiem Mass at 2pm which will be livestreamed on www.corklivestream.com. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines along the route.
